Letter to Medical Professionals
Dear Medical Professionals,
Children with disabilities in the care and custody of the state need families to provide foster care or adopt them. Please help us find families with experience in dealing with children with special needs.
To help, please download the Postcards found at the Print and Media Tools section and mail to a family or colleague. You can also download and print the mini-poster "My Favorite Things" and place where you work, or at your church. With your help we can reach many more families.
Your assisstance in our efforts to find families for children, especially children with disabilities are greatly appreciated. Thank you for putting Texas children first in your community and for your partnership with the Texas Department of Family and protective Services (DFPS).
