Question: What if I approve an age-appropriate activity for a child in foster care and the child is harmed while participating? 

Answer: You are NOT liable for that harm if you exercised the standard of reasonable care of a reasonable and prudent parent.

Normalcy refers to age and developmentally appropriate activities and experiences that allow children and youth to grow.
