What to Tell the Doctor During Follow up Visits

Some things to tell the doctor about are:

  • Changes in behavior, mood, appetite, or sleep.
  • Changes in how the child is doing in school.
  • Significant things that are happening to the child (example: loss of best friend, major disappointment, termination of parental rights, etc.).
  • Changes in how the child gets along with others.
  • Suspected alcohol or drug use.
  • Weight gain or loss.
  • Any side effects of the medication.
