What to Expect?

On your first day of volunteering you will be given:

  • Your name badge. For security reasons, you'll need this every time you're volunteering and will need to clearly display at all times while volunteering.
  • Rules and standards of conduct expected from volunteers.
  • Information about resources, such as online training, for volunteers.

  • Your volunteering schedule and time commitment required for the position.
  • Logistic details such as parking, office layout, and steps to obtain office supplies.
  • Details about office policies such as reporting, keeping track of your volunteer hours etc.
  • Guidelines to report insurance details, or accidents.
