DFPS carefully screens, trains, and supervises volunteers, especially those who work directly with clients, have access to confidential information, or are exposed to hazardous conditions.
We want you (the volunteer) to be fully aware of the seriousness of the work you choose.
At any point, if you do not feel comfortable with your volunteer role or feel you do not have enough training for it, talk to your supervisor.
