Legislative Reports

In accordance with requirements set forth in the General Appropriations Acts of the 83rd, 84th and 85th Texas Legislatures, DFPS is required to submit a report of performance measures, as identified by the Legislative Budget Board, to analyze the difference between the legacy foster care and redesigned foster care systems. This report is currently due on February 1 and August 1 of each year.
