Children at Risk
The Center to End the Trafficking and Exploitation of Children, the only center of its kind in Texas, was established to combat domestic minor sex trafficking. CETEC is committed to strengthening laws and policies on human trafficking and improving the response to children who have been commercially sexually exploited.
Children Advocacy Centers for Texas
Children’s Advocacy Centers of Texas, Inc. (CACTX) is the statewide membership association representing all local children’s advocacy centers in the Lone Star state. Founded in 1994 with a membership of 13 local centers, today the CACTX membership roster includes 71 developing and established centers in large urban cities as well as in small rural communities. Our membership reflects the vast diversity of Texas, all with their own unique approaches to fulfilling our shared mission of protecting and providing for children.
Office of the Texas Governor
The Child Sex Trafficking Team (CSTT) in the Office of the Governor is fighting to end Child Sex Trafficking and to help its young victims.
Texas Attorney General of Texas
Attorney General Paxton’s first major initiative as attorney general was the formation of a special unit dedicated to combating human trafficking in Texas. During its first year of existence, the Human Trafficking and Transnational Organized Crime (HTTOC) section helped arrest the chief executive officer of Backpage.com and coordinated to facilitate the permanent shut down of Backpage.com, the largest online sex-trafficking marketplace in the United States.
Texas Health and Human Services
The Texas Human Trafficking Resource Center is a statewide directory connecting Health and Human Services staff, healthcare providers, stakeholders and potential victims of human trafficking to local, state and national resources to identify and help people affected by human trafficking. The Center increases awareness of health care issues surrounding human trafficking victims and coordinate with stakeholders, including the Department of Family and Protective Services, the Office of the Governor and the Office of the Attorney General on anti-trafficking initiatives.

Family Support Services
For over a century, they've helped people in crisis, worked to end family violence, and offered healing behavioral health services to those who are suffering. Family Support Services places an emphasis on helping Amarillo and Texas Panhandle residents during times of crisis or family turmoil. They provide a wide variety of services to meet the diverse needs of the people they serve, regardless of their ability to pay. These services include crisis and emergency housing services for victims of family violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking, individual and family counseling services, prevention services, and a wide variety of services for Veterans, their families, and surviving spouses.
No Boundaries International
No Boundaries International (NBI) is a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to bringing light and hope to those in the midst of devastation. Serving both locally and internationally, NBI responds to both natural and manmade disasters by meeting basic needs and providing inner healing, medical care, and discipleship.
Open Door Survivor Housing Lubbock
Open Door Survivor Housing is a transitional housing (TH) program providing housing with therapeutic supportive services for adult survivors of sex trafficking and their children.
Voice of Hope Lubbock Texas
Voice of Hope Rape Crisis offers help, hope, and healing to all persons impacted by sexual violence through advocacy, awareness, and collaboration in Lubbock and surrounding communities.

Taylor County Victim Assistance
The Taylor County District Attorney's Victim Assistance Division provides information and referrals to those victimized by violent crimes and certain property related crimes. We are here to ensure victims receive the support they deserve and have their voices heard throughout the criminal justice process.
Wichita County Victim Assistance
The Wichita County Criminal District Attorney’s Office has a Victim Assistance Coordinator to address the needs of people directly affected by crime in Wichita County. The program educates the crime victim and their family about the criminal justice process and provides information about social service agencies that can best handle their needs.

Catholic Charities - Dallas

Mosaic serves all survivors of labor and sex trafficking regardless of immigration status, including minors, adults, foreign nationals and domestic survivors.
New Friends New Life - Dallas
New Friends New Life restores and empowers formerly trafficked girls and sexually exploited women and children. By providing access to education, job training, interim financial assistance, mental health, and spiritual support, New Friends New Life helps women and children overcome backgrounds of abuse, addiction, poverty, and limited opportunities.
Promise House Inc - Dallas
The vision of Promise House is that every youth has a safe and nurturing place to call home.
Refugee for Women – North Texas
Refugee for Women is a non-profit, faith-based organization providing specialized long-term care for women who have escaped human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
Refugee Services of Texas (RST)
RST's Survivors of Trafficking Empowerment Program (STEP) and the 806 ACTS Program are designed to help survivors of trafficking throughout their transition to stable, independent lives.
Rescue Her - Euless, TX
Rescue Her provides crisis response for adult, female victims of trafficking in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area who have just been recovered from an exploitive situation within the last 72 hours, or who are still being exploited and need help leaving.
Traffick911
Traffick911 exists to free youth from sex trafficking with a three-prong strategy of prevention, identification and empowerment. The Traffick911 team has identified and served over 900 victims and their work - in close partnership with law enforcement - has led to multiple state and federal felony arrests and convictions.

Unbound is activating local communities to fight human trafficking through prevention, training, and survivor advocacy.

Texas Legal Services Center
Texas Legal Services Center is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to serve the underserved by making civil justice accessible to every Texan -- no matter their ability to earn.
Victims Initiative for Counseling, Advocacy, and Restoration of the Southwest
It is a program of the Texas Legal Services Center, a non-profit organization. It operates under a grant from the Office of Victims of Crime from the Department of Justice and offers client services to victims of ID theft and financial fraud. It also trains lawyers, victim advocates, and give educational community presentations.

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston
Guided by God’s love, Catholic Charities helps people in southeast Texas by providing caring, compassionate services and advocating for social justice in collaboration with parishes and communities.
Center for Success and Independence- Houston
The Trauma Treatment program provides evidence-based treatment for youth with a history of trauma, especially victims of domestic child sex trafficking.  In addition, the Center provides training and technical assistance to the Harris County Juvenile Probation Department (HCJPD) in the area of traumatic stress disorders among juvenile justice involved youth with a special focus on girls and boys who are victims of domestic child sex trafficking.

Beauty Will Rise is launching a youth prevention program. We have teamed with freedomladder.org to develop an age appropriate comic book to raise awareness for middle school to high school youth. This comic book shows the manipulation tactics that predators use to lure potential victims in.

Free the Captives is an interdenominational, evangelical anti-human trafficking non-profit that fights the exploitation and trafficking of Houston's youth. DFPS engage and mobilize the Christian community while partnering with non-profits, law enforcement, and government agencies in the fight against modern day slavery.

United Against Human Trafficking - Houston

Freedom Youth Project Foundation (FYP) was specifically established to research and document treatment protocols that have proven to have positive and repeatable results with American Child-Sex Trafficking victims.
