Children at Risk: The Center to End the Trafficking and Exploitation of Children, the only center of its kind in Texas, was established to combat domestic minor sex trafficking. CETEC is committed to strengthening laws and policies on human trafficking and improving the response to children who have been commercially sexually exploited.
Children Advocacy Centers for Texas: Children’s Advocacy Centers of Texas, Inc. (CACTX) is the statewide membership association representing all local children’s advocacy centers in the Lone Star state. Founded in 1994 with a membership of 13 local centers, today the CACTX membership roster includes 71 developing and established centers in large urban cities as well as in small rural communities. Our membership reflects the vast diversity of Texas, all with their own unique approaches to fulfilling our shared mission of protecting and providing for children.
Office of the Texas Governor: The Child Sex Trafficking Team (CSTT) in the Office of the Governor is fighting to end Child Sex Trafficking and to help its young victims.
Texas Attorney General of Texas: Attorney General Paxton’s first major initiative as attorney general was the formation of a special unit dedicated to combating human trafficking in Texas. During its first year of existence, the Human Trafficking and Transnational Organized Crime (HTTOC) section helped arrest the chief executive officer of Backpage.com and coordinated to facilitate the permanent shut down of Backpage.com, the largest online sex-trafficking marketplace in the United States.
Texas Health and Human Services: The Texas Human Trafficking Resource Center is a statewide directory connecting Health and Human Services staff, healthcare providers, stakeholders and potential victims of human trafficking to local, state and national resources to identify and help people affected by human trafficking. The Center increases awareness of health care issues surrounding human trafficking victims and coordinate with stakeholders, including the Department of Family and Protective Services, the Office of the Governor and the Office of the Attorney General on anti-trafficking initiatives.

Region 1

Family Support Services: For over a century, they've helped people in crisis, worked to end family violence, and offered healing behavioral health services to those who are suffering. Family Support Services places an emphasis on helping Amarillo and Texas Panhandle residents during times of crisis or family turmoil. They provide a wide variety of services to meet the diverse needs of the people they serve, regardless of their ability to pay. These services include crisis and emergency housing services for victims of family violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking, individual and family counseling services, prevention services, and a wide variety of services for Veterans, their families, and surviving spouses.
No Boundaries International: No Boundaries International (NBI) is a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to bringing light and hope to those in the midst of devastation. Serving both locally and internationally, NBI responds to both natural and manmade disasters by meeting basic needs and providing inner healing, medical care, and discipleship.
Open Door Survivor Housing Lubbock: Open Door Survivor Housing is a transitional housing (TH) program providing housing with therapeutic supportive services for adult survivors of sex trafficking and their children.
Voice of Hope Lubbock Texas: Voice of Hope Rape Crisis offers help, hope, and healing to all persons impacted by sexual violence through advocacy, awareness, and collaboration in Lubbock and surrounding communities.

Taylor County Victim Assistance: The Taylor County District Attorney's Victim Assistance Division provides information and referrals to those victimized by violent crimes and certain property related crimes. We are here to ensure victims receive the support they deserve and have their voices heard throughout the criminal justice process.
Wichita County Victim Assistance: The Wichita County Criminal District Attorney’s Office has a Victim Assistance Coordinator to address the needs of people directly affected by crime in Wichita County. The program educates the crime victim and their family about the criminal justice process and provides information about social service agencies that can best handle their needs.

Catholic Charities - Dallas: From homelessness to hunger, from victims of abuse to refugees of war and oppression, from the hurting to the lost, we partner with our clients to serve them during their greatest time of need and continue to walk with them on their journey to self- sufficiency.
Jonathan's Place - Garland, TX: Jonathan’s Place provides a safe place, loving homes and promising futures for abused and neglected children, teens, and young adults.
Mosaic: Mosaic serves all survivors of labor and sex trafficking regardless of immigration status, including minors, adults, foreign nationals and domestic survivors.
New Friends New Life - Dallas: New Friends New Life restores and empowers formerly trafficked girls and sexually exploited women and children. By providing access to education, job training, interim financial assistance, mental health, and spiritual support, New Friends New Life helps women and children overcome backgrounds of abuse, addiction, poverty, and limited opportunities.
Promise House Inc - Dallas: The vision of Promise House is that every youth has a safe and nurturing place to call home.
Refugee for Women – North Texas: Refugee for Women is a non-profit, faith-based organization providing specialized long-term care for women who have escaped human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
Refugee Services of Texas (RST): RST's Survivors of Trafficking Empowerment Program (STEP) and the 806 ACTS Program are designed to help survivors of trafficking throughout their transition to stable, independent lives.
Rescue Her - Euless, TX: Rescue Her provides crisis response for adult, female victims of trafficking in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area who have just been recovered from an exploitive situation within the last 72 hours, or who are still being exploited and need help leaving.
Traffick911: Traffick911 exists to free youth from sex trafficking with a three-prong strategy of prevention, identification and empowerment. The Traffick911 team has identified and served over 900 victims and their work - in close partnership with law enforcement - has led to multiple state and federal felony arrests and convictions.
Unbound: Unbound is activating local communities to fight human trafficking through prevention, training, and survivor advocacy.

Region 4

Texas Legal Services Center: Texas Legal Services Center is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to serve the underserved by making civil justice accessible to every Texan -- no matter their ability to earn.
Victims Initiative for Counseling, Advocacy, and Restoration of the Southwest: It is a program of the Texas Legal Services Center, a non-profit organization. It operates under a grant from the Office of Victims of Crime from the Department of Justice and offers client services to victims of ID theft and financial fraud. It also trains lawyers, victim advocates, and give educational community presentations.

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston: Guided by God’s love, Catholic Charities helps people in southeast Texas by providing caring, compassionate services and advocating for social justice in collaboration with parishes and communities.
Center for Success and Independence- Houston: The Trauma Treatment program provides evidence-based treatment for youth with a history of trauma, especially victims of domestic child sex trafficking. In addition, the Center provides training and technical assistance to the Harris County Juvenile Probation Department (HCJPD) in the area of traumatic stress disorders among juvenile justice involved youth with a special focus on girls and boys who are victims of domestic child sex trafficking.
Children at Risk - Houston: Children at Risk is committed to strengthening laws and policies on human trafficking and improving the response to children who have been commercially sexually exploited.
Crisis Center of Southeast Texas: The goal of the Crisis Center of Southeast Texas is to assist our community in reducing the incidences of sexual assault and suicide through education and awareness and to reduce the degree of physical and emotional trauma experienced by sexual assault survivors and their families.
For the Silent - Tyler, TX: Working to end sex trafficking and exploitation by empowering the voices of vulnerable and exploited youth.
Houston Area Women's Center: The Houston Area Women’s Center works to end domestic and sexual violence and supports all in building safe and healthy lives through advocacy, counseling, education, shelter and support services.
Jefferson County Victims' Assistance Center: Jefferson County is continuously confronted by the challenges encountered by residents of the community who are victimized by violent crime, specifically those who are victimized by domestic violence. Due to this problem, the fundamental mission of the Jefferson County Victims' Assistance Center (VAC) is to ensure quality services are provided to these victims of crime who ultimately suffer from varied aspects of trauma and burden.
The Landing - Houston: The Landing exists to empower survivors of human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation in the Houston area. By welcoming survivors into our drop-in center, providing them with an advocate, or reaching out to them on Bissonnet, our intention is to meet people where they are—wherever it may be—and support them throughout their journey.
Redeemed Ministries - Spring, TX: We offer restoration services to adult survivors of domestic sex trafficking with a trauma-informed holistic healing program and the support of our community partners.
YMCA International Services- Houston: YMCA International Services is a unique center of the YMCA of Greater Houston that delivers client-centered programs to refugees, immigrants and other vulnerable populations to advance their economic independence, social integration and civic participation.

Region 6

Beauty Will Rise: Beauty Will Rise is launching a youth prevention program. We have teamed with freedomladder.org to develop an age appropriate comic book to raise awareness for middle school to high school youth. This comic book shows the manipulation tactics that predators use to lure potential victims in.
Free the Captives: Free the Captives is an interdenominational, evangelical anti-human trafficking non-profit that fights the exploitation and trafficking of Houston's youth. DFPS engage and mobilize the Christian community while partnering with non-profits, law enforcement, and government agencies in the fight against modern day slavery.
Houston Area Women's Center: Since 1977, the Houston Area Women’s Center has worked relentlessly to help survivors affected by domestic and sexual violence build lives free from the effects of violence.
Key2Free: The Key2Free exists to prevent and end sex trafficking through education in our schools, awareness in our local communities, and aftercare solutions for survivors of trafficking and exploitation.
United Against Human Trafficking - Houston: Established in 2005, United Against Human Trafficking (UAHT) is a lead organization of a coalition of Houston-area non-profits, faith-based organizations, government agencies/entities and others whose mission is to end human trafficking. Human trafficking is modern day slavery. Victims are young children, teenagers, men and women, U.S. citizens and foreign immigrants. They are subjected to force, fraud, or coercion, for the purpose of sexual exploitation or forced labor.

American Gateways - Austin: The mission of American Gateways is to champion the dignity and human rights of immigrants, refugees and survivors of persecution, torture, conflict and human trafficking through exceptional immigration legal services at no or low cost, education and advocacy.
Asian Family Support Services of Austin: Asian Family Support Services of Austin, or AFSSA (formerly SAHELI) is a nonprofit organization based in Austin, Texas, that provides assistance to Asian and other immigrant families dealing with domestic violence, sexual assault and trafficking.
Central Texas Youth Services Bureau - Belton/Temple: The mission of Central Texas Youth Services Bureau is to assist troubled children, youth, and families toward development of their full potential through provision of quality community-based services.
National Center for Missing and Exploited Children: National Center for Missing and Exploited Children serves as a resource center for law enforcement, families and the public to help find missing children, reduce child sexual exploitation and prevent child victimization.
The Refuge for DMST - Austin: The mission of Refuge for DMST is to provide trauma-informed, long-term restoration community with on-site services for girls, minors through age 19, who have been exploited through sex trafficking.
The SAFE Alliance - Austin: The mission of SAFE Alliance is to provide a comprehensive response for survivors of exploitation by creating opportunities to be, and feel, safe and connected.
Unbound: Unbound is activating local communities to fight human trafficking through prevention, training, and survivor advocacy.

Region 8

Alamo Area Coalition Against Trafficking: The ultimate goal of AACAT is the total eradication of human trafficking from Bexar and the surrounding counties. AACAT exists to prosecute offenders, prevent future exploitation and serve current victims of human trafficking.
Federal Homeland Security: The Blue Campaign is the unified voice for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) efforts to combat human trafficking. Working in collaboration with law enforcement, government, non-governmental and private organizations, the Blue Campaign strives to protect the basic right of freedom and to bring those who exploit human lives to justice.
Freedom Youth Project Foundation: Freedom Youth Project Foundation (FYP) was specifically established to research and document treatment protocols that have proven to have positive and repeatable results with American Child-Sex Trafficking victims. Included in research will be the gathering of information and documentation of best practices in case management, facilities design and management, funding mechanisms, and long-term sustainability.
The Rape Crisis Center: The mission of the Rape Crisis Center is to provide help, hope and healing to those impacted by sexual violence and cultivate a safe, nonviolent community.
Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services (RAICES): RAICES defends the rights of immigrants and refugees, empowers Individuals, families, and communities, and advocates for liberty and justice.
Roy Maas Youth Alternatives (RMYA): RMYA creates brighter futures for children in crisis by promoting individual success and healthy relationships in a safe, healing environment, giving children and families the tools to end the cycle of abuse.
St. Jude’s Ranch for Children (SJRC) Texas - San Antonio Office: SJRC Texas has been serving survivors of sex trafficking since 2009 and strives to provide a safe place for these youth to heal.

Ector County District Attorney Office: The District Attorney Office is located in the County Courthouse in Odessa.
Midland County District Attorney Office: The mission of the Midland County District Attorney’s Office is to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States and State of Texas, to investigate and prosecute vigorously, within the bounds of the law, all offenses over which we have jurisdiction and to not merely seek a conviction, but to see that justice is done.

Region 10

El Paso Center for Children: The mission of the Center for Children is to empower youth and families to brave adversity and conflict through constantly evolving, innovative, programs in order to co-create a brighter future.
El Paso Child Guidance Center: The mission of the Child Guidance Center is to improve the health and well-being of children and families in a safe environment through mental health services, education, and awareness.
Las Americas Immigrant Advocacy Center: The mission of Las Americas Immigrant Advocacy Center is to provide high-quality legal services to low-income immigrants and to advocate for human rights.
Paso Del Norte Center of Hope: Paso Del Norte Center of Hope’s mission is to lead a community-wide response to eradicate human trafficking and its effects in the region through advocacy, training, direct survivor services, and collaboration. They partner with their clients to offer survivor centered services and a supportive environment for them to work towards accomplishing their goals. They also partner with the El Paso community to educate, train, and raise awareness about human-trafficking and how we can work together to stop it.
Salvation Army of El Paso: The Salvation Army is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Their message is based on the Bible, their ministry is motivated by the love of God, and their mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ as they meet human needs in His name without discrimination. Every program they offer is rooted in their passion to serve God by serving the lost, the vulnerable, the needy, the poor, the hurting, the helpless, and the hopeless.

Catholic Charities of Corpus Christi Texas: Established in 1965 as an official Diocese of Corpus Christi Faith Base and non-profit social services agency; since its inception, Catholic Charities of Corpus Christi continues to represent the charitable work of the Diocese of Corpus Christi. Their various programs focus on assisting and preventing homelessness, and hunger, they advocate for justice in social structures, fair and affordable housing, and the disabled. The agency's polices are flexible and attempt to develop programs to meet the needs of the community as they become apparent.
Coastal Bend Coalition Against Modern Day Slavery: The Coastal Bend Coalition Against Modern Day Slavery is a collaboration of organizations who are proactively working towards the goal of providing awareness, information and prevention and increasing protection for those affected by human trafficking.
Mujeres Unidas/Women Together Foundation, Inc.: The mission of the organization is to provide shelter and support services to victims of domestic violence and survivors of sexual assault and their families. To provide education, awareness and prevention programs to the communities we serve.
Rio Grande Valley Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition: The mission of the Rio Grande Valley Human Trafficking Coalition is to support and enable the discovery of and response to incidents of human trafficking through a victim centered, multidisciplinary, and collaborative effort. Identify and rescue victims of human trafficking and to proactively investigate, identify, apprehend and prosecute those engaged in human trafficking.
