The statewide Parent Collaboration Group (PCG) is a group of parents whose families have been involved with Child Protective Services. The group works with CPS to help improve how CPS provides services and supports families.
As part of their work, the Parent Collaboration Group has collected these resources to help families who are currently involved with CPS.
The Family Helpline
Are you or your family involved with CPS? Call The Family HelplineExternal Link at (844) 888-6565 with your questions. They can answer your questions about CPS in plain, everyday language. The helpline is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. English, Spanish, and other languages are available.

The Family HelplineExternal Link is answered by lawyers with CPS experience. You will receive legal information and education, but not legal advice or legal representation.
