Off-Duty Officers BC Exemption (PATS 13715)
Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) Off-Duty Officers are exempt from completing background checks as contractors under Section 2000 Background Checks for Purchased Client Services of the Background Checks Handbook. These contractors are being added to this Appendix for the exemption.
