Handbook Revision, November 8, 2013
This revision of the Licensing Policy and Procedures Handbook was published on November 8, 2013. Summaries of new or revised items are provided below.
Clarification
The title of the item below is revised to more accurately reflect its content. The previous title was misleading in that during the stage being described the license is not being issued or denied, only the application. That is, the application is being reviewed to see whether it is complete and whether the applicant is eligible to take the licensing examination. The license itself will not be considered for issuance or denial until later in the application process. See:
