Documenting Forensic Interviews and Referring Employee Investigations (PATS 13810)
This CCI policy revision does the following:
- Provides clearer direction about situations in which external agencies allow CCI to view a recorded forensic interview but do not allow CCI to retain a copy for the investigation record.
- Clarifies procedures about the program responsible for conducting investigations of DFPS employees.
- Clarifies CCI’s responsibilities when DFPS employees are involved in an investigation as a collateral or principal with no role.
