If a principal, collateral, or reporter is found to have been involved in a previous case that was closed as Unable to Complete (UTC), an intake listing the previous unaddressed allegations is generated and designated as a Priority 1 investigation.

Notification to Relatives of Child Removal (PATS 2762)

The items below are revised or added to provide policy reflecting the Fostering Connection legislation. Policy includes specific information that must be sent to relatives when a child is removed, who is responsible for sending the notice, and the time frame requirements.  Staff were informed of this policy with the issuance of PSAs 06-020 on October 19, 2005, and 09-088 on May 18, 2009.
