Pre-Kindergarten and Head Start Enrollment (PATS 3997)
Every child between the ages of 3 and 5 who is in the conservatorship of DFPS will be enrolled in a pre-kindergarten program offered through the public schools or Head Start, if appropriate and in the child’s best interest. See:
