Medicaid Benefits for Children in ICPC Foster Care (PATS 4262)
The items below are revised to clarify policy regarding Medicaid benefits for:
• children who are placed in foster care through the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC);
• children from other states who are placed in foster care in Texas; or
• children from Texas who are placed in foster care in another state.
