This revision of the Child Protective Services Handbook was published on August 13, 2012. Summaries of new or revised items are provided below.
College Tuition and Fee Waiver Information (PATS 5447)
The item below is revised to specify that youth are eligible to have college tuition and fees waived if they were in the conservatorship of an individual (not only a relative) who is not the child’s parent. A new reference to the Education Code is added. See:
