Addressing Psych Meds in Court Testimony and Court Reports
This is a clarification that caseworkers should address children's behavioral health needs and response to psychotropic medications in an objective manner in court testimony and court reports.

Annual Credit Reports for Youth Age 16 and Older
The items below are either added or revised to meet a new federal requirement. Caseworkers must obtain annual credit reports for all youth in foster care age 16 and older and must review the reports with the youth annually until the youth leave foster care.
CPS staff were informed about this policy with the issuance of PSA 12-111 on August 13, 2012, PSI 11-026 on March 21, 2011, and PSA 11-007 on September 7, 2010.
