This revision of the Child Protective Services Handbook was published on January 2, 2014. Summaries of new or revised items are provided below.
Title IV-A Emergency Assistance Eligibility (PATS 6582)
The items below are revised to reflect changes to the Investigation Conclusion page in IMPACT for CPS investigations. The changes require workers to complete the EA Eligibility section only when the risk finding shows that Risk is Indicated.
