Placement Summary and Unauthorized Arrangements (PATS 13716)
These policies are being updated to ensure that caseworkers use Form 2279 Placement Summary when a child or youth in conservatorship is in an unauthorized living arrangement.

FBSS Face-to-Face Contacts (PATS 13740)
Policy 12240 and 12250 are being updated to require minimum FTF contacts to be based on risk level for all FBSS cases. This change is being made for FBSS cases to enhance child safety and promote case progress, including PCSPs ending as soon as possible.
