Documentation of Reports From Law Enforcement of Family Violence in RCL Foster Homes
The item below is revised to include instructions for SWI staff about documenting reports from peace officers involving family violence incidents in foster homes. These instructions are based on revisions to Chapter 42 of the Human Resources Code.
Such reports are documented by SWI and forwarded to CCL according to current SWI policy and procedure. The new instructions clarify the specific content of the documentation. See:
