Statewide Intake Policy and Procedures
Handbook Revision
February 2012
This revision of the Statewide Intake Policy and Procedures Handbook was published on February 1, 2012. Summaries of new or revised items are provided below.
Re-Entry Requests
This revision clarifies procedures for making corrections or re-entries in IMPACT and addresses the roles of program, SWI, Customer Service Center, and Data Correction. There is no change regarding how the programs contact SWI and request a re-entry. The only change program staff may notice is faster customer service, since the person who takes the details about the request will be the same person to immediately process the request. See:
3170 SWI Re-Entry Process
3171 Reasons for Re-Entry Requests
3172 Procedures for Program
3172.1 Information Required From Requestors
3173 Procedures for SWI
