Assigning a Priority to an APS Facility Investigation (PATS 6837)
APS Facility Investigations uses only Priority 1 and Priority 2 for investigations of state supported living centers or the ICF/IID component of the Rio Grande State Center.
No change in SWI assessment procedures is required. If an intake related to a state supported living center or the ICF/IID is assessed as Priority 3, the APS staff person assigned to the intake upgrades the priority. See:
