Children in Care Who May Be Alleged Perpetrators (PATS 7242)

The following items are revised to clarify that children in DFPS care:

  •   can be alleged perpetrators (APs) in CPS and APS intakes; and

  •   cannot be APs in Licensing intakes, either day care licensing (DCL) or residential child care licensing (RCCL).
