Reports Regarding a Sexually Active Minor (PATS 9652)
SWI collaborated with CPS and Legal to create intake guidelines to aid SWI staff in assessing situations involving sexually active minors. The guidelines went into effect 8/1/16 but they are limited to one or two sentences. This policy was created to expand on how to apply the concepts and aid in the decision making process.
