The items below are revised to indicate that Statewide Intake no longer calls out community provider intakes to APS Provider Investigations. See:

SWI No Longer Assesses Client Rights I&Rs for Issues Involving Providers (PATS 10547)
SWI is revising policy to reflect the fact that SWI no longer assesses I&Rs Client Rights for APS PI in situations involving providers. Instead, SWI chooses another appropriate I&R type. See:
