Types of Reporters (PATS 13841)
This policy revision adds children as a type of reporter and best practices for interviewing them at intake if doing so is unavoidable.

Alleged Perpetrator in School Reports (PATS 13842)
This policy revision clarifies that an alleged perpetrator in a school report needs to be identifiable and provides some examples of what that would look like.

Youth in Conservatorship Has a Child (PATS 13846)
This policy revision addresses processing a case-related special request (CRSR) for the child of a youth in DFPS conservatorship. This revision also adds a new section about situations involving a youth parent in conservatorship abusing or neglecting his or her own child.

Substantial Impairment (PATS 13894)
This policy revision does the following:
- Adds that a person who has an IQ of 70 or below is automatically considered substantially impaired.
- Clarifies that a person under temporary guardianship is not automatically eligible for APS services.
