Anonymous Reports of Child Abuse or Neglect under the Jurisdiction of Child Protective Investigations (PATS 14022)
Statewide Intake (SWI) has updated its policy about anonymous reports. Specifically, SWI can no longer accept anonymous reports of child abuse or neglect when they are under the jurisdiction of Child Protective Investigations (CPI). This policy update is necessary to comply with House Bill 63, 88th Texas Legislature, Regular Session.

Address Confidentiality Program (PATS 14000)
This policy revision adds “child abduction” to the types of maltreatment that make a victim eligible for the Address Confidentiality Program. This revision meets requirements in House Bill 1161, 88th Legislature, Regular Session.
