This revision of the DFPS Subpoena Policy was published on August 5, 2015.
Subpoenas Served to Teleworking Staff (PATS 8122)
Policy update to provide clarity for staff who are served with a subpoena while teleworking. This change does not pertain to mobile workers, only staff on a teleworking schedule.
Section 3.5 Added “Security personnel” to the list.
Section 3.6 Added the definition of “teleworking.”
Section 6.2.1 Updated to include the procedures the receptionist must follow with regard to teleworking staff.
Section 6.2.2 Updated to include procedures teleworking staff must follow when named on a subpoena.
