Review of a Background Check Decision (PATS 00316)
This handbook revision updates policy on requesting and conducting a review of the Background Checks program’s decision to bar a person from access to DFPS resources and clients. As part of this revision two sections (1422.1 First Review and 1422.2 Second Review) were condensed into 1422 Conducting the Review.
