This revision of the Records Management Group Handbook was published on September 15, 2021.
Records Retention and Disposal (PATS 13227)
This policy defines the role of the Records Management Group in regard to retention and disposal of DFPS records. Updates to this policy clarify when approval from the RMO is required to destroy agency records or extend the destruction date of case records stored in IMPACT.
