Handbook Revision, November 3, 2025
This revision of the Statewide Intake Policy and Procedures Handbook was published on November 3, 2025. Summaries of new or revised items are provided below.
Community Providers, Consumer Directed Services, and PI Facility Waiver Programs (PATS 00159)
This policy revision:
- Corrects language regarding certain Home and Community-based (HCS) programs to Home and Community-Based (HCBS) programs.
- Corrects consumer directed services (CDS) information from the HCS program to the Health and Human Services Commission.
- Adds waiver programs paid for by CDS to PI Facility jurisdiction
