Handbook Revision, May 2019
This revision of the DFPS Travel Services Handbook was published on May 1, 2019. Summaries of new or revised items are provided below.
Rental Cars (PATS 11148)
The policy below is updated to remove the agency direct billing account numbers in order to prevent fraudulent charges on DFPS direct-billed rental car accounts. All reservations must be made using the online links. The online links have the account numbers imbedded for security purposes. The links are located on the home page of eTravel, the Travel Resource page of the intranet, or by contacting National Travel Systems – NTS.
Hertz, a new contracted vendor, has also been added to the policy.
